No Jargon and Excellent App

Moneybox keep their communications simple and use easy to understand language with no technical jargon. As a result I feel they understand customers and their needs. They sold the lifetime ISA account to me because they laid out simply how it works and I can keep track of my balance in seconds. As they are entirely online, the live chat is a real person, and I've had a couple of calls about mortgages from members of staff who were so knowledgable. It allows you to clearly check your savings progress when saving into the LISA and if you are buying with someone else who has a Moneybox LISA you have the option for you both to see how much the other has saved towards your first home.
