Great app - helped me to finally start saving

It’s a great app that has allowed me to start saving for my first home. It is extremely easy to use and there is plenty of information available that has helped me utilise the app and manage my money better. Opened a LISA after reading a recommendation but I wasn't clear on how to transfer from an existing ISA in line with the regulations so had quite a bit of back & forth navigating a solution with the customer service team. Effortless and 100% recommendation

We haven't used customer service, hence a neutral rating; however, the whole savings process through our LISA account is effortless to use. The interest is very good in comparison to a normal savings account. its just a shame the interest rates drop so quickly. Overall, a very positive, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
