Fantastic app and customer service

I’ve been paying into a ‘Help to Buy’ ISA for a few years and have found the app intuitive and pleasing to use. I have on occasion contacted customer services and my experience in this regard is excellent. I highly recommend this service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Money box has given us a future!

Easy to use app, but slightly confusing LISA interface

Moneybox has excellent interest rates compared to similar banks. The app is easy to use and has an attractive interface. I find the Cash ISA interface very straightforward. However I find the Lifetime ISA interface a little confusing to work out how much of the allowance I have remaining and when deposits will be made into the account. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

Saving for a house

Saving for a house is a big commitment, but using moneybox has made it easy, safe and given us a step by step guide of information we need to be able to get a mortgage, we have been saving for 3 years and now have enough money together to buy our first home thanks to moneybox for their stress free easy to use app. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024
