Delays but offered me compensation

It seems there are always delays in processing transfers or responding to chat messages. Moneybox complaint department understood my position and offered to make it right for me. They promised me compensation and I hope there will not be much delays in processing it Reviewed on: 5th February 2024

Just started using moneybox for the lifetime ISA

I've only just started using moneybox for the lifetime ISA and I wish I started it sooner. You can set up a weekly deposit which I use to keep it ticking over but you can put in a lump sum in which I've used to start my lifetime ISA. I do find that moving money into moneybox takes soon time if not a day or two. The weekly deposit which I do takes a week to go in. Reviewed on: 5th February 2024
