The best savings app I have ever used

I LOVE the Moneybox app. Not only does it look great, it's super easy to use too. Using the Moneybox has enabled me to save in ways I would never have thought of. The round ups are one of my favourite features - I always use the Super round ups to save that little bit extra per transaction, a you barely notice it coming out of your debit card balance. It's just so convenient and so innovative. I am using my Lifetime ISA to save to buy my first home and quite honestly, I wouldn't be as close to my savings target if it weren't for Moneybox. I like to think I was a good saver before I opened my Moneybox account, but I really wasn't!! I have recommended this app to so many of my family and friends who are now using it too. I honestly would be stuck without it! Thank you Moneybox for being so reliable, providing me with all the tools I need, from learning and stocks and shares, to having access to speak with mortgage advisers - the Moneybox app really is GENIUS!! Multiple accounts that are easy to use and invest

Moving to Moneybox, no regrets!

I moved my LISA into Moneybox's Stocks & Shares LISA years ago and have had no regrets since. They've always provided a fantastic User Experience and great Customer Service, I trust this brand fully! Reviewed on: 7th February 2024

Denied my £1,000 bonus from the Government

Moneybox didn’t give me the £1,000 bonus for the Lifetime ISA for this financial year (which was the reason why I opened the account with them). I have been misled into adding my savings for my deposit into a Cash ISA, without being able to make any further transfers. Leaving me £1000 for my house deposit. Nothing in the app warned me about any limitations in transferring the money between a Cash ISA / Lifetime ISA or how my yearly allowance will change after each transfer. Also after having two conversations with Moneybox agents, this has never been communicated to me. The calls were registered, and this can be verified easily. They mislead customers, they don’t communicate clearly the operations allowed with their ISA, their agents don’t have the knowledge so the calls with them are very high level information, but nothing in details that actually would be of help. Reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman. Reviewed on: 7th February 2024

Constantly improving, great service!

Never had a single problem with it. Made a fabulous improvement so you could bank transfer instantly, this was much needed and makes the whole experience much easier. Best App for Finance Beginners

It's a really easy process and they tell you everything you need to know. The app makes it easy to access and they also have lots of information and advice they give you about the LISA, help with buying a property and the newsletters are really helpful.
