Fantastic app and customer service

I’ve been paying into a ‘Help to Buy’ ISA for a few years and have found the app intuitive and pleasing to use. I have on occasion contacted customer services and my experience in this regard is excellent. I highly recommend this service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

App is extremely easy to navigate.

App is extremely easy to navigate. Able to make faster payments to Moneybox with ease, app automatically directs me to my banking app, and the funds usually hit my ISA within a few seconds - super convenient. I was surprised when I saw that under 50% of people maxed out their lifetime ISA last tax year. It would be nice if Moneybox offered an incentive for this. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Moneybox has demystified savings for all number of big life decisions - I am always recommending to friends who want to start saving but don't know where to start as the app makes saving fun.
