Good experience overall...

Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Great customer service, low management fees - what else do you want

It is to be seen how well Moneyfarm manages money over the long term, but all signals seem positive so far. My portfolio is up 2 digit % in the last 10m (which is expected given the markets are doing well and Moneyfarm is using index funds). It is to be seen if the active side of Moneyfarm can actually reduce the losses during crisis. Whenever I've had questions, the customer service has been quick, friendly and helpful. Easy diversified investing at reasonable cost

The investing process involves a questionnaire to determine your attitude to risk and investment timeframe. Following that a diversified multi-asset portfolio is recommended and you invest your money. Simple! Costs are reasonable and customer service was efficient. They rang me at an agreed time regarding a query I had. Recommended if you're new to investing.
