Good experience overall...

Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Transparent and easy to use

Perfect way to encourage initial investments

I use money farm as a way to invest rather than make unneeded purchases. Every time I go to buy a new pair of shoes I don't need I instead use money farm to transfer the money. It's so easy and the set up is perfect at helping me know what I want Reviewed on: 23rd December 2017

Easy to use, app based ISA and general investments

I have been using MoneyFarm for just over a year. The whole process from signing up to first investment is extremely straight forward, investments can be made on a regular basis and taken by direct debit. I have never had an issue with liquidation of a portfolio or withdrawal of funds. The customer service at MoneyFarm is extremely helpful and available via online chat in the app. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2017

Easy to setup and great platform

To set up an account and invest is very easy and simple. It would be great, if money deposits registered sooner on the account. However, the app does show your investment performance daily. Customer service is great, no question is too big or small. Ovetall, I am enjoying the service. I have yet to withdraw any money from the account. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2017
