Fantastic service

Over the past 3 years I have seen the MoneyFarm platform grow and transform into what it is today, all the while performing at a top notch level. Through thick and thin I have watched as they place trades, keep my informed of macroeconomic factors affecting my investments, and developed their offering to provide more and clearer insight into portfolio performance. As far as I am concerned MoneyFarm is the best investment company I use, and I will continue to use in the future. Reviewed on: 4th January 2022

Happy customer for many years

I've been with Moneyfarm for several years and have never been disappointed. They are always responsive and supportive when needed. Their app is well designed and lets me interact with their services efficiently. And their media output, such as their regular YouTube updates, gives me confidence in their strategy. The only thing I'd be keen on is seeing greater returns on my investments, but that's not entirely within their control. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Good experience overall...

Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
