Good old-fashioned service!! Always a pleasure to visit the Caerleon Road branch, all staff always pleasant and very knowledgeable and friendly. The branch is welcoming in its clean, bright appearance - fresh daffodils in a vase when I visited today was such a lovely touch. Customers are made to feel their custom is valued.
