Worst customer service

Don’t be fooled by Monzo banks false reviews I was a victim of a scam nearly 3 days now Monzo froze my business account but yet my money has been returned I have had to close my business for the last 2 days now because I can’t use my business account and the customer service I would leave them a minus star review if I could all they tell you is the relevant department will be in touch I will now take Monzo to court to seek compensation for the 2 days I have had to close my business worst customer service by a bank Reviewed on: 22nd July 2023
