Modern Business Banking as it should be

Moving from HSBC to Monzo has been fantastic. Native integrations into Xero are great as a small business onwer, as is app-based access and Debit Cards for the whole team. It's great to feel like we're at the forefront of banking, rather than stuck in practices of the past. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Simplicity

Civilised, modern, banking

We banked with the Cumberland but, delightful as the people were, the system was so antiquated that it caused us cash flow perception problems. Monzo alerts you of upcoming bills etc that enables you to anticipate and control expenditure. My only caveat is that problems solving is difficult because there is no one to speak to. Great user experience and overall a lot of features

I opened a different business account first with a traditional bank, but quickly started to miss some features that I got used with my Monzo personal account, so once I knew multiple people can manage a Monzo business account I instantly signed up! Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

Professional and excellent service

I looked at many Business Bank accounts, before eventually deciding on Monzo. They were extremely helpful with my application and I am delighted to have opened 2 x accounts with them. Monzo is unbeatable.

I can't believe I didn't switch to Monzo earlier. I moved from a typical high street bank that I'd been using for 16 years and I've had nothing but stellar service from day one. The bank account setup was effortless and the app itself is flawless. The ability to open new saving accounts instantly is something I've never been able to do before. Customer service is always instantaneous and I don't have to spend 30minutes waiting on the phone and answering security questions. I am particularly pleased that you can now have bank accounts for 3 businesses so I also plan on switching my business banking to Monzo alongside my personal banking.
