It’s banking in the modern world , I was always sceptical of online banks previously, however I’ve realised that because that’s how they were set up monzo runs perfectly , I also like that you act relatively quickly to change things , add things etc after asking us to take part in surveys related to our banking it makes me as a customer feel valued. Great for ease off accounts, attaching receipts, searching payments, statements etc. We require regular change in our business and that is something Monzo doesn’t have a facility for. If they were on the list at the post office that would help Reviewed on: 27th March 2026
