Tech is good, but comes at the expense of the personal touch

Monzo tech is good, maybe the best of all banks but like all large companies nowadays it comes at the expense of something very important - the human touch. I'm tired of only speaking to computers. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

Can't imagine life without it!

As a sole trader, my Monzo business account is so integral to my work that I can't imagine not using it! From separating a percentage of income into a tax pot automatically to being able to send smart and professional invoices easily all from my phone, Monzo's business account has been a game changer. Easy breezy

Easiest business money management account ever

Things I LOVE: I can send payment links instantly: I can send instant invoices with a pay by card link; I can instantly have income sorted to cover tax, NI, subscriptions - everything - automatically. I can instantly Check what’s due and what’s paid - and all in my phone. The account makes it SO easy to get paid and make sure I have enough put away for things I would forget about (ADHD!) that I would recommend Monzo to anyone starting their own business. Fantastic.
