Professional and excellent service

I looked at many Business Bank accounts, before eventually deciding on Monzo. They were extremely helpful with my application and I am delighted to have opened 2 x accounts with them. Monzo is unbeatable.

I can't believe I didn't switch to Monzo earlier. I moved from a typical high street bank that I'd been using for 16 years and I've had nothing but stellar service from day one. The bank account setup was effortless and the app itself is flawless. The ability to open new saving accounts instantly is something I've never been able to do before. Customer service is always instantaneous and I don't have to spend 30minutes waiting on the phone and answering security questions. I am particularly pleased that you can now have bank accounts for 3 businesses so I also plan on switching my business banking to Monzo alongside my personal banking. Game changer

Monzo Business has massively simplified my business banking. There are many benefits to Monzo but as a self employed person, just being able to deduct Tax (or any amount) at the point of income into a seperate pot is such a time saver and provides peace of mind when it comes to having enough set aside.
