An incredible online bank that does not feel like a bank but of a community

I love Monzo’s approach to product offering, customer support and their inclusion. I have never been made to feel like I didn’t belong compared to previous banks. Most of my friends also have Monzo so we get share and experience Monzo together. It really brings us closer especially when we are travelling. Monzo business, like all their other account offerings, is absolutely superb! Easy to sign up, easy to use, up to the minute notifications and loads of business related facilities to help you stay ahead of your tax and VAT obligations! Simple business banking

Really simple business banking that is very intuitive. Would be 5 if it weren’t for some simple little things that are frustrating like in the invoicing feature it doesn’t permanently retain customer details only the most recent ones meaning you have to re type a lot of repeat customer details, also the fact that it defaults to the email address set on your personal account meaning you have to correct to your business email address on every invoice.
