Hot Coral Goodness

What is there to not like about Monzo? Speedy customer service by real people that care, instant spending notifications, track your spending on a map, freeze your card whenever you like, separate savings into different pots, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Truly a bank for the future...

At the minute, Monzo is lacking in features but boy does it make up for this in other areas. If you ever have to contact the customer service, they very quickly resolve your issue and it's always done with a smile (or a few gifs and emjois). The realtime notifications and pots are amazing, they have helped me budget more successfully and for once, be confident in my finances. Reviewed on: 16th January 2018

Absolutely Amazing

Coming from out of the UK, this has been the most amazing banking experience I've ever had - and I had A LOT. From not being able to open an account with most of major banks because I failed their "we-only-thought-of-the-happy-path" KYC tests to support. It's just MILES better than what any other bank is giving to their customers at this point. Not even close, in fact. Plus, amazing community and people behind it :) Very, very strongly recommend. A friendly modern bank

I love the chatty customer support transparency about plans and problems and most of all the commitment to open banking and the bank as a marketplace rather than a walled garden. Reviewed on: 16th January 2018

Trying, but not quite there

Reliability isn't quite 100%. Random downtime is a bit annoying The app is also very scarce and missing standard features (such as editing a standing order, for example) and no security for the app is disappointing They seem to focus more on flashy features rather than security and basics (we have nice badges that nobody else will see, but no locking for the app) Customer Support is hit and miss depending on who you speak to, and complaints usually result in a "goodwill gesture" to pay you to shut up Reviewed on: 16th January 2018

The bank of the future

Monzo are the people I want to bank with. They're approachable, always asking for feedback & invite their users to their offices for events every month. On top of that, the app is incredibly easy to use. For the first time I'm budgeting & saving properly because it's so simple, compared to my old bank. Other banks might have more features or more currency management options but I've found that my overall experience with Monzo is far better. Reviewed on: 16th January 2018

A stunning product and outstanding customer service!

I recommend Monzo's current account to anyone that comments on my (fabulous) coral-pink card, or that compliments their excellent spending dashboard app. They are a company that listens to their customers, and know what their customers want as a result. I have found it much easier to manage my spending using their app than I ever did with previous account providers, and I think that is because Monzo are focused exclusively on getting their current account right! Everything a bank should be, but lots more.

Fantastic customer service. Any issue that I have encountered has been dealt with in a personal, quick and efficient way. I could not have asked for more. The app itself is a complete revolution.
