Great product overall

Excellent credit card! Monzo makes me feel confident I understand exactly what I owe, when I need and can pay back, how much interest I pay with different term lengths, etc.. It is flexible and I can tailor my borrowing to what I need at each moment. Really good not having to pay any fees in order to pay early. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Flex is great, but it still needs a lot of work

Flex is great, but it needs same experience as current account. You still can't search transactions on your Flex for example. Each time you open a transaction details you have to go back to the main screen and scroll again to the timeframe you were at. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Monzo is a Flex

Love Monzo products but Flex is just excellent. I can build my credit rating and manage my payments in a way that is really user friendly, I have so much control and geet to take advantage of a great benefit on my credit. The notifications make it really fair if I think I might miss a payment or the rate is going to rise. Other banks sometimes feel like they're keeping notifcations a secret so you accidentally default a payment and have to pay lots but Monzo are really transparent Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Simple banking as it should be. Easy to use app that even my 80 year old mum can use! Great additional features from the Max account that has saved me money and I’ve got my friends bought into!
