Friendly and approachable customer service.

Flex is awesome

I never liked offerings like Klarna or PayPal Credit etc for "pay-in-three" type credit agreements, but Monzo Flex has created a way for me to pay flexibly at a reasonable rate and change my mind if I need to. Being able to Flex any* transaction from my current account retroactively up to 14 days later or pay off individual credit purchases is great. Reviewed on: 16th February 2025

I used Monzo credit card to boost my credit score the 3 monthly split payments make it easier to keep track of spending and make that I pay back on time. The money pots are also great for saving for specific needs rather than one big saving that will often get dipped in and out. Reviewed on: 16th February 2025
