Monzo has always looked after me. I find their chat support very responsive. The app is easy to use when you get the hang of it. Monzo flex is a really good product as it make splitting purchases over time really easy snd straightforward you know exactly what you need to pay and when and how much any credit will cost. I use Monzo for all my finances. Current account, flex, savings account and investments are all easily accessible and easy to understand in the app. Specifically for Monzo Flex I like that there are so many different payment options and it is easy to get an overview of my spending and how much I need to pay every month.
