This is how personal borrowing should be. Technology-led and customer-focused. The ease of use and clarity of vital information makes it far easier to borrow responsibly and stay in control of my finances. I love the visual nature of the app, which shows me exactly what I need to know about the terms of borrowing, and the structure of repayments. It's a great feeling seeing the progress bar fill-up on a Flex purchase, knowing that it's about to be paid back in full. Interest charges are fair and more clearly displayed than in any other borrowing agreement I've seen. Top marks from me. Thanks Monzo. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

I have had a Monzo account for about three years now and I love it! It has helped me manage my money better and the introduction of Flex and the innovative way it works is so simple and helpful. Monzo! A bank with an app ahead of the competition!

I’ve been using Monzo since I came into the UK and I have to admin that it’s probably one of the best apps worldwide. It’s extremely easy to find the information you want and helps you budget your goals and organise your expanses. The app is giving you the right information all the time and gives you the chance to tailor what you want to see, when and how. I don’t believe that I will ever switch to another bank.
