I love Flex

It gives you "Klarna" benefits but for any purchase you want. Very intuitive, easy to use and transparent. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2023

I find it amazing that this has never been done before

I’ve never had a ‘loan’ product work so seamlessly with a current account. It’s so simple, no hassle, really well designed bit of the app. Just the idea of being to spend money and then retrospectively ‘Flex it’ is insanely simple, but so handy! Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Flex needs some improvements

Monzo Flex is a good product but some things need improving. I'm stuck on a low credit limit and have had 0 communication on how to improve. You can't set a default action for 'Flexed' items when paying with the card - you always have to do this after the purchase. Also, you can't change the payment date. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Simplistic, intuitive and reliable

Scared of predatory credit. This is different.

I started using Monzo Flex out of curiosity. Had a very low limit to start. In the past I’ve had problems with predatory credit products that’s seemed designed to pile on the fees. This product feels like a healthy use of small amounts of credit that help me budget and saves me money when I buy big ticket items on sale. Keeping up on my payments is really easy. Flex is truly an amazing product from monzo, and the ways its being improved truly Im loving it even more. Monzo has been listening to its customers and some of the latest improvements made this an even more desirable product. No need to think about Credit card issues

A great er, flexible product with the Monzo flair
