Why I love Monzo Flex

Having Monzo Flex had further allowed me to manage my money better. I use it often and at various stages of the month, I review my finances and when able to, I pay off extra on a purchase or even in full, keeping my balance lower to afford additional purchases where necessary. I mostly use the 3 months interest free, but it’s great to have the option of a longer term if required. It was especially nice to have 2 purchases with 6 months interest free and yes I made use of them. Thanks Monzo. Reviewed on: 4th March 2023

I have recommended mono to everyone I know!

I love monzo ! Ive been a customer from when I first heard about it, probably 5 or 6 years ago. Never had an issue, reliable bank. 24/7 support you can rely on. Love the options with setting up pots for different things. And can I just say, flex!! Thank you for introducing that. The best thing ever! What more can I say. Flex is the most simple and convenient service

I love the fact that everything is transparent and you can see when you will be charged interest and when interest. It's allowed to make some purchases where generally I would have to reconsider several times. Reviewed on: 4th March 2023

Helpful, smart feature that just works without any catches

I have used flex for over a year. It worked brilliantly right from the start but the innovations that were gradually introduced since it launched, like the flexibility to change payment schedules, just make it super useful, responsible and flexible. I absolutely love having a Monzo account. So easy to use, love being able to set up little saving pots if I want to, easy to navigate, so quick and easy to transfer money, and great customer service.
