I use Monzo Flex from day one and I love it! It's really worth it, you can pay it back early if you wish and it gives me flexibility if I need some extra cash suddenly, because I can flex previous transactions! Reviewed on: 12th January 2024

Fraud

I was a victim of fraud and proved it to Monzo and the basically said it is nothing to do with them, absolutely nothing to with them dishonest people who steal your money in your account, people do not care about you and rob your money blatantly do not open nothing with this appalling company Reviewed on: 20th October 2023

Monozo Theft of Customers money DO NOT PAY EXTRA PAYMENTS

I have a Flez account anyway i bought some items from amazon with it but then realised i did not need them so i canceled the order so 2 weeks go by i make an ( Extra payment ) but i contact Amazon to ask when they would refund the purchase price and was informed they did not take the money out of the flex account but flex kept it so i had to contact the and prove that i had cancelled the order they then returned the purchase price but not the extra payment when i asked about the return of the extra payments i was told they do not give refunds of extra or early payments. So BEAWRE WHEN YOU SPEND WITH MONZO FLEX. Reviewed on: 14th September 2023

Worst experience ever

I switched my account from monzo to another bank, with this My account closed and So I wasn’t able to access my flex account as well which was due within few days, No customer service at all they said you will be contacted via email within 48 hours but its been 1 week and now I ended up paying interest which was not my fault at all..customer executive were very rude. A helping hand

I loved Monzo flex! I used it when I needed to get holiday clothes and it was really easy to pay with and I liked that you could set a limit and there was no interest for a while. It would also only make you pay back minimal amounts which was easy to repay. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023
