A reliable way to help spread an unexpected cost

Recently one of my pets was incredibly ill and we had to go to see an emergency vet. As you can imagine that cost an arm and a leg that I wasn't ready for, but this helped to spread that cost across a generous period with no interest. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

Real and flexible banking

Monzo Flex is an original step forward for consumers and highlights the pro-customer attitude Monzo holds. When Monzo Flex was launched, all my other banks suddenly offered a similar service but with half the functionality Monzo offers! Monzo really helps those months where you have a lot going out (Christmas and New Years, with birthdays and valentines around the corner!) without making you go through a gruelling process to be accepted for a credit card. Monzo Flex is the best innovation to a banking app I have seen in a long time with its implementation completed to such a high standard, and I expected nothing less than that from them. Flexible money

Amazing feature and constantly improving

Have used this feature more times than I can count for those purchases that are a but process but you could cover over a plan. Haven't paid a penny of interest and the deferred payment is another brilliant feature! Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

The Most intuitive user-Friendly Bank That Exists.

Pretty much idiot proof!

It’s so easy to get flex set up, to make a purchase and have finance that is easy to understand and in plain English. Monzo even send you reminders when your payment is coming up so there’s no surprises. Flex helps with those purchases that I can’t afford out right and let’s me spread it out to suit me.
