Unmatched

Monzo Bank have done a spectacular job since they came to be. As a customer from the early days, I feel very seen and valued whenever a new feature comes out and I get to trial it out (year in review, 2 years in a row). The fun challenges they put in for their customers are a great way to teach about finances and keep people involved. Their social media team is also fantastic. The flex credit card is amazing.

The flex credit card is amazing. I really like the options of splitting the payments over a period of months to make them more manageable, and also being able to increase or decrease the monthly payments as well to suit my budget. The fact that paying back a larger amount than is due each month can also reduce the interest is also great. The flex card also gives me the option to transfer money directly off the card or to pay someone directly with the card. It offers a lot more than your typical credit card. The app user interface is excellent!
