Better than other credit card options.

Better than other credit card options. The flexibility of delaying the payment, setting up payment plans and the transparency of the interest rates is excellent. It has helped me manage my spending exponentially. Not being surprised by inflated % and being able to lower it when I have been able to pay it off earlier has been such a stress reliever. Much better than a traditional credit card that generally just rack up more debt and interest charges. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Monzo are the best!

Whenever I have required support from Monzo they’ve been fantastic. The main benefit is that I don’t have to wait on hold for ages on the phone, and that their chat facility is so much better than most companies. You can do it directly from the app and you can close the app and do something else while you’re waiting for a response, rather than staring at the screen and being unproductive while waiting to connect, as is the case with most other live chat facilities. Monzo seem to put convenience/ease of use at the forefront of all of their offerings, which is something I absolutely need in my busy life. Reviewed on: 10th February 2024
