I’ve been banking with Monzo since 2017, it’s helped change the way I view and spend my money, helped me budget, and helped me save. The app is intuitive, and the support is always there when you need it. Since signing up for a personal account, I also opened up a joint and business account. Friendly and approachable customer service.

I contacted Monzo about an issue with my Flex card and it was sorted within 12 hours and the members of staff that dealt with it though their live chat service was friendly, professional and fixed everything I needed. Reviewed on: 17th February 2025

Flex is awesome

I never liked offerings like Klarna or PayPal Credit etc for "pay-in-three" type credit agreements, but Monzo Flex has created a way for me to pay flexibly at a reasonable rate and change my mind if I need to. Being able to Flex any* transaction from my current account retroactively up to 14 days later or pay off individual credit purchases is great. Reviewed on: 16th February 2025
