I have been a customer of Monzo for years now but out of the blue they froze my account with no explanation or warning I have tried to call and email with no reply they have blocked the app for me so. Savings made like a dream!

I have used Monzo for the past 4-5 years and never had an issue. I think paying £5 a month for the Monzo Plus is 100% worth it. The best part for me is the easy access savings account that makes transfers from a current to savings account a dream.
