Expectations Blown Away!

It's a nervous feeling applying for Car finance for the first time, you don't know what quiet to expect. The truth is I was pretty nervous from the application process as knowing I look after my Credit Rating, how I view it compared to how a company offering such a large loan would was quiet a nervous feeling. I was told I was branded Average in the shop and I left whilst the finance was being submitted, Called back and was told there was good news, at which point he explained the Finance company involved (Motonova Finance) and explained the low APR, ensured I understood the Loan and the terms and away I drove. Motonova emailed everything so I had copies of the important documents, they have also called to offer any help if I needed it and have been totally brilliant from the first port of call. If only every finance company was so on it with customer focus and doing things fast and well. A real credit to the Finance world and especially to the Car Finance world. Brilliant company with customer at the forefront of it's operation. Reviewed on: 12th April 2018
