Why no app ?

It’s 2022 and it’s hard to believe as a lender you don’t have an app that I can use. I wanted to settle my loan but was told the only way to do this is by bank transfer and could not be done over the phone or online. Go look at Zopa and see how far behind you actually are as a lender. Not impressed and will not use again until you make it more user friendly. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
