The passing of my mim

I lost my mum late 2024, I had to fly to South Africa to put her in a care home as she had dementia and Alzheimer's, I was back home in England for a week and she passed away so has to fly back to arrange the funeral and pay for it etc… When I explained to the customer service team member that this was the reason I had fallen behind in my payments, she kindly helped me get my account sorted out in a friendly and helpful way, thank you to her for her understanding and help.
