My community bank provides great interest rates compared to other providers, as well as giving a top notch level of customer service - hence why I keep using them every year as i renew my fixed rates with them - would not go elsewhere now Reviewed on: 26th March 2025

Excellent all round service

Easy to find the product I wanted. They then write to me with options just prior to the maturity date. These options are better for existing customers, very usual in this day and age, but it secures my loyality. My Community Bank have been excellent. I've had savings with them for years, and the communications about bond maturity and renewals are always helpful, prompt and straightforward, and the rates are always competitive.
