Good service, good rates & using money to do good

My Community Bank offers an alternative for those wanting to receive a reasonable interest rate on their savings, at a time when most providers are offering derisory rewards, but with the money being used to 'do good' in the local community. Ethical banking that provides you some incentive as well as benefiting the wider community. That is what banking should be about. Reviewed on: 25th July 2022

Ethical, easy to use, good service

It's unusual to find an ethical bank which offers good savings rates. Range of products is less than a high street bank, but not having shareholders means that customers get the full benefits from the services they do provide. Minor hiccup due to a mistake I made when applying for an account was resolved quickly & efficiently. Very happy with MCB. Reviewed on: 24th July 2022

Challenges my cynicism.

You know that frustrated feeling you get dealing with a financial institution? Actually, any institution? I don't get that with MyCommunity Bank. They even let me ring them to sort any issues out, and I speak to a person. I so wish other organisations operated likewise. Reviewed on: 24th July 2022
