Overall I forgot my PIN number and Cora helped me to have a reminder sent to my address. Very helpful indeed and no issues at all. A very pleasant and positive experience, which has not normally been the case with even human customer services. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022

Wanted to pay into my ISA which I haven;t done for while. It needed reactivating and the instructions given to do this were easy to follow and I was guided the whole way through the process to get it reactivated. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes.
