Love the cora function on Natwest banking. 9 times out of 10 she has the answer to my query. All without having to wait on a call for a representative. You get the answer straight away. She's very helpful and her answers are always relating to what you have actually asked. Unlike some other chat bots! Excellent way to make banking current with the times but also stress free. I wish I moved sooner

I moved to NatWest recently and have been so impressed with everything so far but especially the app. It’s so easy to use and has everything and more that you could want from a banking app. The chat is also helpful for me, with working 9-5 there’s little time to spend on the phone or to sit on a live chat. With Cora you can send your message, someone will get back to you and you can go back again at your convenience! I’ve recommended to others already. Reviewed on: 26th March 2023
