Cora better than the App

Tried to change address via the profile settings in the App, but was told I had to visit the branch or phone. The App digital assistant only told me to repeat what had already failed. Logging onto the website, I tried Cora. It was a breeze, quick simple and straightforward. Change of address completed effortlessly. A much better experience than using the App, which is most unusual today. Reviewed on: 24th February 2022
