Super quick Cora

Cora was absolutely fantastic in dealing with my payment dispute.. I would receive a response immediately so there was no waiting around and she resolved my issue and provided timescales on what would happen next and gave me links to forms.. very knowledgable and very quick .. love it ! Really impressed

I was really impressed. I actually read the declaration and digested it in the bite size chunks Cora sent me (easier than in long written form which Usually make me glaze over!). My ISA is reactivated - all so simple and from comfort of my sofa! Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
