The best bank account

I am with NatWest bank around 10years! Never cross my mind to change the bank to another, simply, I feel takecare, informed, always recived help whan I needed! Online banking very clear and easy to use! Congrats Natwest! I couldn’t get better! Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Feel secure with app that I can minimise fraud

I check in at least daily on transactions through the app, get quick access to approve a transaction, unblock a possible fraudulent transaction if I’ve made it etc money feels secure. Savings interest a bit disappointing. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Always helpful

Nat West has gone to great lengths to make their online services intuitive. I appreciate the efforts the bank has made to do this over the last 5 or so years. The app was clunky and limited in features. But now it covers all I need including features like getting a PDF to print or read on screen to check a bill. So much better than paper statements. And staff at our local branch are happy to offer advice if you explain what you’re were hoping to do in the app when you got stuck. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
