Good service but bad environmental credentials

I am happy with the range of services including the app. However, NatWest as a bank is doing poorly regarding the environment and I would not recommend for this reason and only staying with this bank for as it is easier than changing but would not consider for my mortgage, insurance and am likely to leave in the near future for ethical banking such as triodos.
