Average at best

This credit card offered me nothing really other than a measly £500 credit limit. Considering I'd banked with Natwest for almost 10 years, I expected some better perks, a more useful credit limit, or just anything really. I've since switched banks because of this. Reviewed on: 1st September 2016

Love this product suits my needs perfectly

The Natwest app keeps me up to date with my money how much to save and how much to pay off on the cash back credit card - plus the cash back deals suits what I use the credit card for anyway Reviewed on: 30th June 2016

Very very poor

Waited 2 days for a phone call to complete a loan. No call back. Been to Burnley branch and so unhelpful. Do not join Natwest under any circumstances. I will be switching. Reviewed on: 15th June 2016

A trustworthy company

I would recommend Natwest to any friend or relative, been with this company for a few years now and I have never experienced a problem with them. The cash back scheme is a great idea. Reviewed on: 13th June 2016

Easy to earn Cashback, great customer service

Cashback is earnt on everyday spending so you don't have to spend in specific stores (although if you do you will earn more). It is easy to see how much you have, and to redeem. Customer service is excellent, although I can't comment on the interest rates as I pay this card off every month in full. Natwest really look after me both in branch and over the phone. I am made to feel important although I don't have a lot of cash, and I will remain loyal to Natwest as long as this excellent service continues. Reviewed on: 16th December 2015

Cashback is the way to go!

Getting cash back has become a bit of an obsession. I buy a lot online through quidco so get cash back from them...and now my bank too = double cash back! Very happy Reviewed on: 18th October 2014
