The most underrated bank of all time

5
I have banked with NatWest for not too long and having other banks account I know and can say without a doubt that this is the most underrated bank their customer support their rules their options of different account and card types they offer something for everyone I’m 20 and finding it hard with managing my money this bank has a really cool feature of putting all your spendings into one place and savings made easier. We have all been there where we have forgotten our cards and we need cash and with the NatWest you can request cash without a bank card needing to be present. I love everything they stand for and provide to customers like me. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Hard going.

Every time I try to get out of debt, I am thrown back in. I have cleared my debts and I now am back in debt again and I have not encouraged any more debt myself. I have no idea why this keeps happening. 10 more years I suppose and maybe I can start to eat food everyday like other people. One day I will be able to afford to bank for real. Until then aye! I have had my Natwest Account since I was 16 as far as I can remember. I’m now nearing my 50’s and I have had other bank accounts in my time, but, Natwest always have my back. I may be poor and have, what is commonly known as “the poor account” ( to those who use and have the same type of account,) But when I ring for an issue it’s always sorted out straight away, and if there is any preferential treatment to people who have a lot of money, I don’t feel it. It would be nice to be able to use my card at a petrol station that is unmanned. But, my card doesn’t play that way. If I want to pay someone it’s really easy to verify, I don’t need a card reader or to log into an account that I can’t actually log into. So, although this review shows a few pros and cons. I’m happy with Natwest. Living in Lincolnshire the amount of branches are dwindling and it’s a shame as smaller areas need their bank. We aren’t all internet savvy. The local area is supposed to be having a mobile bank coming soon, which is great for the poor chaos who still get paid by cheque and can’t put it anywhere during working hours. Happens more than you think. I personally can take a picture of my cheques to put in my bank. Not all are so lucky. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
