Bad banking

I went into store to check my eligibility for better bank iv opened up a new account and can’t get the app on iMac or iPhone 7 in tryed to update phone but online? I do not understand & they always hang up and n the phone it’s been months and I thought it was my phone sim so iv got contract and they have hung up twice despite the code is right and recognising me? It’s awful and I was miss sold a silver account & cant get credit cause I went over once in a year... Reviewed on: 19th January 2023

Happy and impressed with the simplicity of the app

Simple, intuitive and secure
