Gold-standard Service

I've tried various accounts with various banks and building societies over the years, but I have always come back to Natwest. Their products are clear and straight-forward and their customer service is second to none. I recently opened an account with them and the process could not have been easier - thank you Natwest! Positive experience of NatWest banking

Have been a customer for nearly 25 years. Also have accounts with other banks (for the benefit of interest rates) but have kept my current account with NatWest as app functionality is fab and i’ve always had amazing customer service. Long may it continue! Reviewed on: 5th February 2023

Really good app

The NatWest app is really good - very user friendly can see what u have got at a glance - really enjoy being able to transfer money easily- and take photos of cheques instead of having to go intro a branch Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

Great account

I've banked with Natwest since 2007, when I became a university student. My account changed from a student one to a Basic account, and I've stayed with the bank over the years. The customer service is great, and I feel a real benefit to banking with them. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023
