I've banked with Natwest since 2007, when I became a university student. My account changed from a student one to a Basic account, and I've stayed with the bank over the years. The customer service is great, and I feel a real benefit to banking with them. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

A easy to use basic current account with good customer service. When I go into the branch staff are friendly and willing to help. I like the fact that I am unable to go overdrawn on this account and so don't risk getting into debt. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2023
