Helpful and friendly staff

During the pandemic I signed up for telephone banking and have found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I have not been able to go into my branch but have found I can get all the help I need managing my account on the phone. First class service, Reviewed on: 20th January 2022

Awful Customer Service

Personal current account

I've been satisfied with Natwest since the days of being a Student. I opened my account in 90 and since then always remained with Natwest. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Scammed and NatWest reimbursed us

Early Summer we were scammed, first time ever, after 50 years of banking, very sophisticated scam by a cloned American Bank... after investigation NatWest reimbursed our losses... the money was paid into HSBC and even though they we informed of the fraud within 24 hours, to this day they did nothing resulting in many many other pensioners losing their savings... No fuss bank

Reducing stores but improving technology

Although there are less physical banks to visit, the mobile app is adding new features, such as deposit cheque, which are very useful. Staff in branch always very pleasant and efficient. Reviewed on: 13th January 2022

Human contact

I usually bank on line – which is great with NatWest. However whilst at the solicitors in town I found I was missing a document. To save time I visit a local Branch. I was so surprised and delighted when, on entering the bank I was greeted by a human being! A rarity indeed. I was introduced to the correct person who could deal with me and provide the information I needed. I was treated with the utmost curtesy, the information I needed was printed off for me , popped in an envelop and handed to me with a smile.
