Friendly and efficient customer service

My overall experience with banking with NatWest has been great. They offer friendly and efficient customer service if you ever need help via phone or in person. Any information given is always precise and clear, whether that is on the app, on the website, in person or via mail. Not too shabby

Have been with NatWest since I was 16, so quite a while! Have always solved any problems I’ve had. Recently wanted to set up 2 junior Isa’s for my children, was very disappointed to find that natwest only offer a stocks and shares junior ISA and not a cash one.
