I use to mobile app daily. Its simple and easy to use. I really like how you can now see your pending transactions now so I can keep an eye on my spending. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Excellent banking Sevice & Customer service

Natwest is always looking to make online banking easier. We have regular changes and updates to improve the service online. These changes occur through feedback from their customers. Easy to use

Basic is best

Nice and uncomplicated, no account charges when you stay in the black, arranged overdraft keeps costs down. I handle all my transactions online, nice and straightforward. Reviewed on: 7th February 2019

Great Customer Service

So, about 60 years ago my parents decided to bank with National Westminster Bank, knowing the kind of service they had received during the years, when it came time for me to choose a bank I naturally went with the same one as them. Our Nat West is a local bank and whenever we go in we are greeted with a friendly smile and a greeting of " Can we help at all today" Over the years the staff have come to know the accounts that we have and if anything new comes up they always let us know, especially if it is to our benefit. Colleagues have told me they switch banks often, mostly to gain a few pounds which they are enticed in with, but the few pounds is not the same as the peace of mind I get with my very personal bankers. BEST MOBILE APP EVER

Great, no problems!
