Good account, great app

Ease of using mobile app

Easiest Banking App

Compared to some other banks ive used like HSBC, the Natwest app is fast, easy to navigate and responsive. I love the ability to capture and store receipts! Reviewed on: 30th January 2019

Great and easy banking

Re-opened a long-dormant account bank in March 2018 and I could not provide enough praise. Staff have always been extremely helpful over the phone, on live chat and in the branch and the app is extremely easy to use. Great range of products and overall great service! Reviewed on: 21st January 2019
