Best Bank Ever

Beankes for 20 years

Great bank with great communication

I have banked with Natwest for over 10 years now with no issues. I have been subject to fraud a couple of times in that period and Natwest have always been very diligent in returning my money and solving the issue promptly. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

Mainly Good Service

Usually my account runs like clockwork. Recently however when I paid off my credit card in branch instead of paying the credit card off, they put the money back into my account. This resulted in extra charges and interest being put on my credit card. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

No problems

Total shambles

In this day and you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to complete an on-line application, the whole process left me feeling that I'd made the wrong decision. Reviewed on: 11th January 2019

A good reliable bank, constantly updating it products.

The website is good the speed of transfer is excellent, only need to work on reliability of debit card transactions on sales but luckily it hasn't been down when I'm out shopping. Reviewed on: 11th January 2019

What you want in a bank

Natwest do banking the way it should be. They are honest, clear and you can easily talk to a representative whether that be in branch or over the phone. Furthermore the Natwest anti-fraud team are very quick to save your account when something goes wrong. Reviewed on: 10th January 2019
