Reliable and trustworthy

Of all the banks, I've found this one to be consistently pretty reliable. Helpful staff who have acted quickly when a mistake has been made E.g. Once a cheque was lost but they ensured the funds went straight into my account when I provided a receipt. Also, compensated me for my time. Reviewed on: 9th January 2019
