Best app going

I love the RBS mobile banking app - it so simple and very functional! It allows me to do all my banking activities with ease. Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

Beankes for 20 years

Great bank with great communication

I have banked with Natwest for over 10 years now with no issues. I have been subject to fraud a couple of times in that period and Natwest have always been very diligent in returning my money and solving the issue promptly. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

Mainly Good Service

Usually my account runs like clockwork. Recently however when I paid off my credit card in branch instead of paying the credit card off, they put the money back into my account. This resulted in extra charges and interest being put on my credit card. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

No problems
