Card reader annoyance

If you dont have your card reader you have to phone them and go through security just to setup a new payee. My wife is with halifax and they phone you with a code to confirm in order to setup a new payee - so much easier. Reviewed on: 5th December 2018

Happy with service

Been banking with NatWest since i was 12 and I had my first paper round. Since then I have used a range of their products. They are not perfect, no bank is but overall I am happy with them. Reviewed on: 1st December 2018

lost debit card

Reward Account

Recommended.I switched from TSB and received £125 and as the account has 2% cashback on many bills I have received £5.91 a month since although you do pay £2 a month for it.The only drawback is you must pay in at least £1500 per month to qualify. I am not keen on the card reader to set up bill payments but their telephone number is freephone and their customer service is excellent and very helpful. I manage the bulk of transactions online and you can use an app if you prefer, I have switched bank accounts 4 times and without doubt the Reward Account is the best so I do not think I will switch again.
